Return & Exchange Policy

At Excursions Gear, every item is made with care and many of our products are custom made to order. Please review our policy before purchasing.

Custom Orders (Tumblers, Personalized Items, Custom Apparel)

Because these items are made specifically for you:

All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes:

  • Snow globe tumblers
  • Lava tumblers
  • Glitter tumblers
  • Custom apparel
  • Personalized wood décor
  • Any item with names, colors, or custom design requests

If there is an error on our end or your item arrives damaged, we will gladly fix the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer a repair, or
  • Issue store credit (case dependent)

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused
  • Item is in original condition
  • Buyer pays return shipping

Refunds are issued after inspection.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase because production starts quickly.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care. Please follow care instructions:

  • Hand wash only
  • Do not soak
  • Do not place in dishwasher
  • Do not drop
